To clean the air filter, turn off and unplug the unit. Remove the filter cover, take out the filter, and wash it with lukewarm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely before reinstalling.
Ensure the air filter is clean and free of debris. Check that windows and doors are closed to prevent warm air from entering. Verify the temperature setting is correct and that the air conditioner is in cooling mode.
Ensure the unit is on a stable, level surface. Check for any loose parts or obstructions near the fan. Regularly clean the air filter to prevent airflow restriction.
It is not recommended to use an extension cord as it may not handle the power load of the air conditioner. Always plug the unit directly into a wall outlet.
Press the 'Timer' button on the remote control. Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrows to set the desired time for the air conditioner to turn on or off automatically.
The 'Dry' mode reduces humidity in the room without significantly lowering the temperature. It operates the fan and compressor intermittently to dehumidify the air.
The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks during regular use to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Check if the unit is tilted properly to allow for drainage. Ensure the drain hose is not blocked or kinked. Clean the air filter and check for any ice formation on the coils.
Unplug the air conditioner for a few minutes, then plug it back in. Turn on the unit and set the desired mode and temperature settings.
Clean the air filter and exterior of the unit. Drain any water from the tank. Store the air conditioner in a cool, dry place to prevent damage.
