To set the temperature, locate the control panel inside the fridge. Use the temperature adjustment buttons to set your desired temperature. The ideal fridge temperature is between 3°C and 5°C.
Check if the fridge is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the thermostat is set correctly. Clean the condenser coils and check the door seals for any gaps or damage.
To defrost the freezer, remove all food and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
Unplug the fridge and remove all food items. Use a mild detergent and warm water to clean the interior surfaces. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
First, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the fridge, remove it, and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage, then reattach the cover.
This could be due to a blocked defrost drain. Clear out any debris from the drain hole using a pipe cleaner or warm water. Ensure that the drainage system is not clogged.
Store food in airtight containers and regularly check for expired items. Clean spills immediately and place an open box of baking soda inside the fridge to absorb odors.
Check that the fridge is level on the floor. Ensure that it is not touching any walls or cabinets. Inspect the condenser fan and evaporator fan for obstructions or damage.
Keep the refrigerator away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure the door seals are tight and avoid leaving the door open for extended periods. Regularly clean the condenser coils.
Place raw meat on the bottom shelf to prevent contamination. Store dairy products and eggs in the main compartment, not the door. Keep fruits and vegetables in the designated crisper drawers.
