To change the temperature settings, locate the temperature control dial inside the refrigerator. Turn the dial to the desired setting. A higher number will make the refrigerator colder.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the temperature setting is correct. If the problem persists, inspect the door seals for damage and clean the condenser coils.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every 6 months to maintain optimal performance. Unplug the refrigerator before cleaning.
To defrost, remove all food and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the door open to allow the ice to melt naturally. Use towels to absorb the water and clean the interior before plugging it back in.
Ensure the door seals are intact and the door is closed properly. Avoid placing warm food in the freezer and try not to leave the door open for extended periods.
Unusual noises could be due to the refrigerator not being level. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary. Check for loose items inside and ensure the refrigerator is not touching any walls or cabinets.
Keep the refrigerator away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure the door seals are tight and the refrigerator is not overfilled to allow proper air circulation.
Check if the drain hole at the back of the refrigerator is clogged and clean it if necessary. Ensure that the refrigerator is level and not tilted forward.
Empty the refrigerator and securely tape the shelves and drawers. Defrost if necessary and keep the door closed. Use a dolly to move it, keeping the refrigerator upright.
Check the bulb and replace it if it is burnt out. Ensure the refrigerator is plugged in and the door switch is not defective.
