To connect your Logik L32HED13I to Wi-Fi, press the 'Menu' button on your remote, navigate to 'Network Settings', and select 'Wi-Fi Setup'. Choose your network from the list and enter the password if required.
To reset your TV to factory settings, press the 'Menu' button, go to 'Settings', select 'System', and then choose 'Factory Reset'. Confirm the reset when prompted.
If there is no sound, check if the TV is muted or if the volume is set too low. Ensure that external speakers or sound systems are correctly connected, and try switching audio output settings.
