To set the temperature, locate the thermostat dial inside the refrigerator. Turn the dial to the desired setting; 1 being the warmest and 5 the coldest. Allow the refrigerator to adjust for 24 hours to reach the new temperature.
First, check if the refrigerator is properly plugged in and the power supply is working. Ensure that the thermostat is set to an appropriate temperature. Check for any obstructions in the air vents and ensure the door seals are clean and intact.
Defrost the refrigerator whenever the frost build-up exceeds 5mm. Typically, defrosting every 6 months is recommended, but frequency may vary based on usage.
Unusual noises may be caused by an unlevel surface, items inside the fridge vibrating, or the compressor. Ensure the refrigerator is level and items are securely placed. If the noise persists, consult the manual or a technician.
Ensure the refrigerator is not placed near heat sources or in direct sunlight. Keep the door closed as much as possible and ensure the door seals are tight. Regularly clean the condenser coils to maintain efficiency.
Remove all food items and shelves. Use a solution of mild soap and warm water to clean the interior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth before replacing the shelves and food.
Inspect the door seals for dirt or damage and clean them if necessary. Ensure the refrigerator is level. Overloading the door or placing large items near the edges can also prevent it from closing properly.
Unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the fridge and remove it. Unscrew the old bulb and replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage. Replace the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Check if the defrost drain is clogged. Clean it with a mixture of baking soda and water. Ensure the refrigerator is level. If the issue persists, inspect the door seals for leaks.
Store food in airtight containers and regularly check for expired items. Clean spills immediately and use baking soda or activated charcoal to absorb odors. Perform regular cleaning of the interior.
