To adjust the temperature, locate the thermostat dial inside the refrigerator. Turn the dial to the desired setting, with a higher number for a colder temperature. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the thermostat is set to a cold setting. Inspect the door seals for any gaps and clean the condenser coils if necessary. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
This model is frost-free and does not require manual defrosting. However, if you notice excessive frost build-up, check the door seals and make sure the door is closing properly.
Remove all food items and shelves. Clean the interior with a solution of mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
Ensure the refrigerator is placed away from heat sources and has adequate ventilation. Keep the door closed as much as possible and ensure the door seals are tight. Regularly clean the condenser coils.
Check if the refrigerator is level and that there are no loose items inside or on top of it. Some noise is normal, but if it seems excessive, contact a service technician.
Unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the fridge, unscrew it, and replace the bulb with a new one of the same type. Reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Inspect the door gasket for any damage or debris. Clean the gasket with warm soapy water. If the gasket is damaged, it may need to be replaced to ensure a proper seal.
The ideal refrigerator temperature is between 3°C and 5°C (37°F and 41°F). This range helps to keep food fresh while minimizing bacterial growth.
After a power outage, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is restored. The refrigerator should resume normal operation automatically. Adjust the thermostat if necessary.
