To turn on the Logik LKSBLK16E Scale, gently step on the platform to activate it. The display will light up and show 0.0, indicating it is ready to use.
To change the unit of measurement, locate the unit button on the underside of the scale. Press it to toggle between kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), and stones (st).
If an error message appears, ensure the scale is on a flat, hard surface and that no objects are obstructing the platform. If the issue persists, remove the batteries, wait a few seconds, and then reinsert them to reset the scale.
To replace the batteries, turn the scale over and locate the battery compartment. Slide the cover off, remove the old batteries, and insert new ones, ensuring correct polarity. Replace the cover securely.
If the scale does not turn on, check the battery compartment for correct battery placement. Replace the batteries with new ones if necessary. Ensure the scale is on a level surface when attempting to activate it.
For accurate readings, place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Stand still in the center of the platform. Avoid using the scale on carpet or uneven floors, which can lead to inaccurate results.
The 'Lo' indicator means that the batteries are low and need replacing. Replace the batteries promptly to ensure the scale functions correctly.
Using the scale on carpet is not recommended as it may lead to inaccurate readings. For best results, use the scale on a flat, hard surface.
To clean the scale, use a damp cloth to wipe the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or submerging the scale in water, as this may damage the electronic components.
If the scale shows inconsistent readings, ensure it is on a stable, hard surface. Check the battery level and replace if necessary. Calibrate the scale by stepping on and off it several times to reset it.
