To adjust the temperature settings, locate the thermostat dial inside the refrigerator compartment. Turn the dial to the desired temperature setting, with '1' being the warmest and '5' being the coldest. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the thermostat is set to the correct temperature. Clean the condenser coils, which may be covered in dust or debris. If the problem persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
Manual defrosting is required when the frost build-up exceeds 5mm. To defrost, turn off the refrigerator, remove all food, and leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt naturally. Clean and dry the compartment before turning the appliance back on.
Water pooling can occur due to a blocked defrost drain. To fix this, locate the drain hole at the back of the refrigerator compartment and clear any blockages using a pipe cleaner or similar tool. Ensure the refrigerator is slightly tilted backward to allow proper drainage.
Ensure the refrigerator is level and stable on the floor. Check for any loose parts or items inside that may be vibrating. If the noise persists, inspect the condenser fan and evaporator fan for obstructions or wear.
Remove all food and shelves from the refrigerator. Use a mixture of warm water and mild detergent to wipe down the interior surfaces. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
First, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the refrigerator compartment and remove it. Unscrew the old bulb and replace it with a new bulb of the same wattage and type. Reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
It is recommended to wait at least 2 hours after plugging in the refrigerator before storing food. This allows the appliance to reach an optimal cooling temperature.
Check for obstructions in the door seal and clean if necessary. Ensure the appliance is level and that the door hinges are properly aligned. Adjust or tighten the hinges if needed to ensure a proper seal.
Keep the refrigerator away from heat sources such as ovens and direct sunlight. Ensure the door seals are clean and intact. Avoid frequent door openings and set the thermostat to the recommended setting. Regularly clean the condenser coils to maintain efficiency.
