Ensure that dishes are not blocking the spray arms and that they are placed securely in the racks. Plates should face inward, and pots should be angled to allow water to drain. Avoid overloading the dishwasher for optimal cleaning.
Check that the dishwasher is properly plugged in and that the circuit breaker has not tripped. Ensure the door is fully closed and latched. Verify that the water supply is turned on.
Check that the spray arms are not clogged or blocked. Use the correct amount of detergent and ensure that the water temperature is set to at least 120°F (49°C). Clean the filter regularly for best results.
Regularly clean the filter and spray arms to prevent clogs. Wipe the door seals with a damp cloth to remove debris. Run a cleaning cycle with a dishwasher cleaner once a month.
Inspect the door gasket for damage. Ensure that the dishwasher is level and check that the spray arms are not cracked. Also, verify that the drain hose and connections are secure.
Ensure that dishes are not touching each other or the spray arms. Check for foreign objects in the pump or filter. If noises persist, inspect the spray arms and motor for damage.
To reset the dishwasher, turn it off and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 5 minutes before plugging it back in and restarting the cycle.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Clean the filter and ensure that the drain pump is not obstructed. Verify that the sink drain is not clogged.
Use a rinse aid to enhance drying performance. Ensure that the "Heated Dry" option is selected if available. Leave the door slightly open after the cycle completes to allow steam to escape.
The dishwasher offers various cycles such as Intensive, Eco, and Quick. Use Intensive for heavily soiled dishes, Eco for energy-saving performance, and Quick for lightly soiled dishes that need faster cleaning.
