To start a wash cycle, load the dishwasher, add the detergent, close the door, select the desired wash program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Check if the water supply tap is turned on, ensure that the inlet hose is not kinked, and inspect the inlet filter for blockages.
Remove the lower dish rack, twist and pull out the filter assembly, rinse it under running water, and reinsert it securely.
Bad odors can result from food debris buildup. Clean the filter, run a cleaning cycle with dishwasher cleaner, and ensure the spray arms are clear.
Ensure that the drain hose is not kinked or blocked, check the filter for clogs, and verify that the kitchen sink drain is not obstructed.
Open the rinse aid dispenser cap, rotate the setting dial to the desired level (typically between 1 and 6), and close the cap securely.
Ensure that the rinse aid dispenser is filled, use a higher temperature wash cycle, and consider opening the door slightly at the end of the cycle for air drying.
Check for loose items in the dishwasher, ensure dishes are properly loaded, and verify that the spray arms can rotate freely without obstruction.
It's recommended to clean the filters and the interior of the dishwasher once a month to maintain optimal performance.
Check if the dishwasher is plugged in and the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. If the issue persists, consult the user manual for a reset procedure or contact customer support.
