To turn on the Logik LBPCKX12 Hob, press the power button located on the control panel. Once the power is on, select the desired cooking zone and adjust the heat settings using the plus and minus buttons.
If the hob does not heat up, ensure that it is properly connected to the power source. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped. If the problem persists, consult the user manual for troubleshooting tips or contact customer support.
Allow the hob to cool down completely before cleaning. Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm soapy water to clean the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the surface.
For optimal performance, use flat-bottomed cookware that matches the size of the cooking zones. Induction-compatible cookware, such as stainless steel or cast iron, is recommended for use with this hob.
To lock the control panel, press and hold the lock button until the lock indicator lights up. This will prevent accidental changes to the settings. To unlock, press and hold the lock button again until the indicator turns off.
The error code 'E2' indicates an overheating issue. Ensure that the ventilation around the hob is not blocked and that the cookware is not empty. Allow the hob to cool down before attempting to use it again.
A buzzing noise is normal when using induction hobs and is caused by the magnetic fields interacting with the cookware. This noise can vary depending on the type and quality of the cookware used.
To prevent scratches, avoid sliding cookware across the hob surface. Use cookware with smooth, clean bottoms and regularly clean the hob to remove any particles that might cause scratches.
To reset the hob to its default settings, turn off the power at the mains for a few minutes, then turn it back on. This will reset any temporary settings or errors.
If a cooking zone is not working, it is advisable to have the hob inspected by a qualified technician. Continuing to use the hob with a malfunctioning zone may lead to further damage.
