To adjust the temperature, locate the thermostat dial inside the cooler. Turn the dial clockwise to lower the temperature or counterclockwise to raise it. Monitor the temperature for a few hours to ensure it stabilizes at the desired setting.
First, check if the cooler is plugged in and switched on. Ensure the door seals are clean and intact to prevent air leaks. Verify that the thermostat is set to the correct temperature. If the problem persists, consider defrosting the cooler and contacting customer support if necessary.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils at least twice a year. Dust and debris can accumulate on the coils, reducing efficiency. Use a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to gently clean the coils.
To defrost the cooler, unplug it and remove all food items. Leave the door open to allow the ice to melt naturally. Place towels at the bottom to absorb water. Once defrosted, wipe the interior dry before plugging it back in.
Some noise is normal, such as humming from the compressor or gurgling from the refrigerant. However, if you hear loud or unusual noises, check for any loose parts or obstructions. If the noise persists, contact a technician.
Ensure there are no obstructions or items preventing the door from closing. Check if the unit is level and adjust the leveling feet if necessary. Inspect the door gasket for damage or debris and clean it if needed.
Check if the cooler is properly connected to the power source. If the light is still not working, replace the bulb with a new one of the same type and wattage. If the issue persists, there might be an electrical problem that needs professional attention.
It is not recommended to place hot food directly into the cooler as it can raise the internal temperature, affecting cooling efficiency. Allow the food to cool to room temperature before storing it in the cooler.
Ensure the cooler is placed away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Keep the door closed as much as possible and ensure the seals are airtight. Regularly clean the condenser coils and avoid overloading the cooler to allow proper air circulation.
First, unplug the cooler and remove all contents. Secure or remove any internal shelves or trays. Allow the unit to defrost and dry completely to prevent water damage. When moving, keep the cooler upright to avoid damaging the compressor.
