To transfer music files, connect your Logik L2GMP409 to your computer using the provided USB cable. It should appear as a removable drive. Simply drag and drop your music files into the 'Music' folder on the MP3 player.
First, ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB charger. If it still does not turn on, try resetting the device by holding the power button for 15 seconds.
To perform a factory reset, navigate to the 'Settings' menu, select 'System', and then choose 'Reset'. Confirm the reset to restore factory settings.
Ensure the USB cable is properly connected and try a different USB port. If the issue persists, check for driver updates or restart your computer.
Visit the Logik support website to download the latest firmware. Follow the instructions provided with the firmware file to update your device.
The Logik L2GMP409 does not support Bluetooth connectivity. You will need to use wired headphones.
