Ensure the heater is placed on a flat, stable surface. Keep it away from flammable materials and ensure the power cord is not damaged. Use the appropriate settings for the desired temperature and never leave it unattended while in use.
Check that the heater is properly plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the power switch is turned on and the thermostat is set correctly. If it still does not work, consult the manual or contact customer support.
Turn off and unplug the heater. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing the heater in water. Ensure the unit is completely dry before plugging it back in.
Unusual noises may be due to loose parts or debris inside the unit. Turn off and unplug the heater, inspect for visible debris, and clean if necessary. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
Turn the thermostat dial to the desired temperature setting. The heater will automatically turn on and off to maintain the set temperature.
It is not recommended to use an extension cord with the heater as it can cause overheating and pose a fire hazard. If necessary, use a heavy-duty extension cord with a sufficient power rating.
Regularly check the power cord for damage, clean the exterior, and ensure the vents are free of dust and debris. Periodically test the unit to ensure it functions properly.
It is generally not recommended to leave the heater on unattended or overnight. Use the timer function if your model has one, or ensure you are present to monitor its use.
If the heater has overheated, turn it off and unplug it. Allow it to cool down before attempting to use it again. Ensure the vents are not blocked and the thermostat is set correctly.
Immediately turn off and unplug the heater. Check for any visible debris or dust on the heating element. If the smell persists, discontinue use and contact customer support for further assistance.
