To set the timer, press the 'Timer' button on the control panel. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired time. Once set, the heater will automatically turn off after the timer runs out.
First, ensure that the heater is plugged into a working power outlet. Check the fuse in the plug if necessary. If the issue persists, there may be an internal fault, and you should contact customer support.
Ensure the heater is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. For stubborn stains, a damp cloth with mild detergent can be used. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing the heater in water.
Some noise is normal due to the fan and heating elements. However, if you hear unusual or loud noises, it could indicate a problem. Check for any obstructions or loose parts and contact support if necessary.
The heater is equipped with an overheat protection system that automatically turns off the unit if it becomes too hot. It also has a tip-over switch that shuts off the heater if it's knocked over.
The Logik L18PTC21E Heater is not designed for use in bathrooms or other areas with high humidity due to the risk of electric shock. Use it in dry, indoor areas only.
Unplug the heater and let it cool down completely. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the cord is neatly wrapped and not under tension.
Set the thermostat to a desired temperature and observe if the heater cycles on and off to maintain the temperature. If it doesn't, the thermostat might be faulty and may require professional inspection.
Turn off the heater immediately and unplug it. Check for any visible signs of damage or debris inside. If the smell persists after cleaning, discontinue use and contact customer support.
Regularly inspect the heater before each use during the heating season. Look for any signs of wear, damage, or debris build-up, and clean as necessary. An annual professional inspection is also recommended.
