To descale your Logik L17KPS11 kettle, fill it with equal parts of water and white vinegar. Boil the solution and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water to remove any residue.
Check if the kettle is properly plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the lid is closed securely and the kettle is positioned correctly on the base. If the problem persists, check the fuse in the plug or consult a professional technician.
Loud noises during boiling can be due to limescale buildup. Descale the kettle following the instructions provided in the manual. This should reduce the noise.
Clean the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as they may damage the surface.
The recommended water level is between the minimum and maximum marks indicated inside the kettle. Do not overfill as it may cause boiling water to spill out.
It is not recommended to boil milk in the kettle as it can cause damage and make cleaning difficult. Use the kettle only for boiling water.
To reset the kettle, allow it to cool down for a few minutes, then refill with water and place it back on the base. Press the power switch to start boiling again.
Check for any obstructions or debris around the lid area. Clean the lid and its hinges with a damp cloth. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
While it is generally safe, it's recommended to empty the kettle after use to prevent limescale buildup and ensure fresh water for boiling.
Store the kettle in a cool, dry place. Ensure it is unplugged and the cord is neatly wrapped around the base to prevent damage.
