To descale your kettle, fill it with a mixture of 50% water and 50% white vinegar. Boil the solution and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water afterward.
Ensure that the kettle is properly connected to a functioning power outlet. Check the power cord for any damages. If the problem persists, consider contacting customer support for further assistance.
Use a soft damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the kettle. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as they may damage the surface.
It is normal for kettles to make some noise during boiling due to water heating. However, excessive noise could indicate limescale buildup; descaling the kettle may help reduce the noise.
Make sure the kettle is cool before attempting to open the lid. Apply gentle pressure and try to open it. If it remains stuck, inspect for any obstructions or contact customer support.
It is not recommended to boil milk in your kettle as it can cause damage and leave residues that are difficult to clean. The kettle is designed for boiling water only.
Ensure the kettle is completely dry before storing it in a cool, dry place. Coil the power cord neatly to avoid damage.
The maximum fill level is marked on the inside of the kettle. Do not exceed this level to prevent water from boiling over.
This could be due to the kettle’s safety feature to prevent overheating. Ensure there is enough water in the kettle and that the lid is properly closed.
The frequency of descaling depends on the hardness of your water. Generally, it is recommended to descale your kettle every 3 months.
