To clean the hob, use a soft cloth with warm soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads which could scratch the surface. Ensure the hob is cool before cleaning.
Check if the hob is properly connected to the power supply and the fuse is intact. Ensure the child lock is not engaged. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
To activate the child safety lock, press and hold the lock button for several seconds until you see the lock indicator on the display. This prevents accidental operation.
Use flat-bottomed, magnetic cookware such as stainless steel or cast iron. Avoid using glass, copper, or aluminum unless it is specifically labeled for induction use.
To reset the hob, turn off the unit and disconnect it from the power supply for at least 10 minutes. Reconnect and turn on the hob to restore factory settings.
The maximum power output of the hob depends on the specific configuration but generally reaches up to 7000W. Refer to your manual for detailed specifications.
A buzzing noise can occur with certain types of cookware or at high power settings. This is normal and due to the electromagnetic field interacting with the pan.
To set the timer, select the desired cooking zone and press the timer button. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the time. The hob will automatically turn off when the time expires.
Do not use the hob if the glass surface is cracked or damaged as this could pose a safety risk. Contact a qualified service technician for repairs.
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before use. Use appropriate cookware and avoid overheating to prevent food from sticking. Regular cleaning helps maintain a smooth surface.
