Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, flat surface. Plug it into a power outlet and fill the water reservoir with potable water. Press the 'ON' button to start the ice-making process.
Check the water level to ensure it reaches the fill line. Additionally, ensure that the unit is not in an overly warm environment as this can affect ice size.
Turn off and unplug the machine. Empty the water reservoir and wipe the interior with a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and the unit is turned on. Check if the water reservoir is filled to the appropriate level. Also, inspect for any blockages in the ice chute.
Clean the ice maker every two months, or more frequently if used heavily. Check and replace water filters as needed to maintain water quality.
The first batch of ice cubes is typically produced within 6 to 15 minutes, depending on ambient temperature and initial water temperature.
It is recommended to use only potable, unflavored water to prevent potential damage to the unit and ensure optimal ice quality.
Some noise is normal due to the compressor and ice production process. However, ensure the unit is on a stable surface to minimize vibration and noise.
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly. Store it in a cool, dry place and cover it to protect against dust. Ensure the water reservoir is empty before storing.
Wait for the power to be restored, then check the water reservoir and ice bin for overflow. Restart the unit if necessary.
