To properly load dishes, ensure plates and larger items are placed on the bottom rack, angled inward. Cups and smaller items should be placed on the top rack. Avoid blocking the spray arms for optimal cleaning.
Check that the dishwasher is securely plugged in and that the door is fully closed. Ensure the water supply is turned on and check the circuit breaker. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
To clean the filter, remove the bottom rack to access the filter system at the bottom of the dishwasher. Twist the filter counterclockwise and lift it out. Rinse under running water and use a soft brush if necessary. Reinstall by twisting clockwise.
Use high-quality dishwasher detergents in powder, gel, or tablet form. Avoid using regular dish soap as it can cause excessive sudsing. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the best results.
A film on dishes can result from hard water. Use a rinse aid to improve drying and prevent spotting. Ensure the detergent is suited for your water type and that the salt reservoir is filled if your model requires it.
Clean the spray arms every 1-2 months. Remove them by unscrewing the retaining nut, rinse under running water, and use a toothpick to clear any blocked holes. Reattach securely before use.
Regularly clean the filter and spray arms, use a dishwasher cleaner monthly, and ensure the door seal is free from debris. Check and refill the rinse aid and salt compartments as needed.
To reset, press and hold the Start/Reset button for 3 seconds. The dishwasher will drain and reset the program. If issues persist, refer to the troubleshooting section of the manual or contact support.
Check for clogs in the filter and drain hose. Ensure the sink's drain is not blocked. If the problem continues, inspect the pump and contact a technician if necessary.
It is not recommended to wash non-dishwasher safe items as they may be damaged or degrade. Check the manufacturer's instructions for each item before placing it in the dishwasher.
