To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously until you see a flash on the screen. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery under Screenshots.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, close unused apps running in the background, use battery saver mode, and disable features like Bluetooth and GPS when not in use.
