To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app under Screenshots.
To reset your device, go to Settings > System & updates > Reset > Reset phone. Confirm by selecting Reset phone again. Ensure you have backed up your data as this will erase all data from your device.
