To take a screenshot on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until you see the screen flash.
To enable dark mode, go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Dark mode, then toggle the switch to turn it on.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Try using a different charger. If the problem persists, clean the charging port with a soft brush or seek professional repair service.
You can free up storage by uninstalling unused apps, clearing app caches, moving files to the cloud or an SD card, and deleting unnecessary files.
To increase battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, turn off GPS and Bluetooth when not in use, and enable power-saving mode from Settings.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset > Factory data reset, and follow the on-screen instructions. Ensure you back up important data before proceeding.
Try restarting the phone by holding the power button for 10 seconds. If the screen remains unresponsive, perform a hard reset by holding the power button and volume up button simultaneously.
Ensure the camera lens is clean, update the phone software, and use the Pro mode in the camera app to adjust settings such as ISO and exposure for better quality images.
Use the Phone Clone app, available on both Android and iOS, to transfer data wirelessly from your old phone to the Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
Remove the phone case, close unused apps, avoid using the phone while charging, and keep the phone away from direct sunlight. If overheating continues, perform a software update or contact support.
