Ensure that the refrigerator is placed in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Regularly clean the condenser coils and ensure the door seals are airtight. Avoid overloading the refrigerator and allow space between items for air circulation.
Check if the ice maker is turned on and connected to a water source. Ensure that the water line is not kinked or blocked. Verify that the freezer temperature is set appropriately and defrost the freezer if necessary.
It is recommended to clean the interior of the refrigerator every three months. Use a mixture of mild detergent and warm water, and ensure to dry the surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.
Unusual noises could be due to the refrigerator not being level, items inside vibrating, or the condenser fan being obstructed. Ensure the refrigerator is on a stable, level surface, and check for any loose items.
Locate the water filter compartment, twist the old filter counterclockwise to remove it, and insert the new filter by twisting it clockwise until it locks in place. Run water through the dispenser for a few minutes to clear any air or carbon particles.
To defrost manually, remove all items, unplug the refrigerator, and leave the freezer door open. Use towels to absorb water as the ice melts. Once defrosted, clean the compartment, dry it thoroughly, and plug the refrigerator back in.
Water pooling can be due to a blocked defrost drain. To fix this, locate the drain and clear any obstructions using a mixture of warm water and baking soda. Ensure the drain pan is also empty and not cracked.
Use the digital control panel on the refrigerator to adjust the temperature. The ideal setting for the refrigerator is typically between 2°C to 5°C, and for the freezer, it is -18°C. Adjust as necessary based on your needs.
First, check if the bulb is loose or burnt out and replace it if necessary. If the bulb is fine, inspect the light switch and wiring for any faults, and consult a technician if needed.
Ensure the refrigerator doors are sealed properly, and avoid frequent door openings. Keep the refrigerator full but not overcrowded, regularly clean the condenser coils, and set the temperature to the manufacturer's recommended settings.
