To adjust the temperature, locate the temperature control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the up or down buttons to set the desired temperature for both the fridge and freezer sections.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the doors are closing properly and the vents inside are not blocked. If the problem persists, contact a qualified technician.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every six months to ensure efficient operation. This can be done using a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment.
To defrost the freezer, remove all items and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt. Place towels to absorb water and clean the interior once defrosting is complete.
Unusual noises can be due to the refrigerator not being level, items inside vibrating, or the compressor running. Ensure the refrigerator is on a level surface and items are not touching the walls. If noises continue, consult a technician.
To change the water filter, locate it inside the refrigerator compartment. Twist the old filter counterclockwise to remove it, and insert the new filter by twisting it clockwise until it locks in place.
Check if the water line connections are tight and the drain pan is not overflowing. Inspect the door seals for any damage. If the leak persists, contact a service technician.
It is not recommended to store hot food directly in the refrigerator. Allow food to cool to room temperature before refrigerating to prevent temperature fluctuations and excessive energy consumption.
Ensure the refrigerator door seals are in good condition, avoid frequent door openings, do not overload the refrigerator, and maintain the recommended temperature settings. Regularly clean the condenser coils for optimal efficiency.
The ideal temperature setting is 37°F (3°C) for the refrigerator section and 0°F (-18°C) for the freezer section. These settings ensure food safety and energy efficiency.
