Ensure that the memory card is properly inserted and has enough free space. Also, check that the battery is sufficiently charged. If the issue persists, try reformatting the memory card.
Connect the camera to your computer using the provided USB cable. Once connected, the camera will appear as a removable drive, allowing you to copy files from the camera to your computer.
Regularly clean the lens with a soft, dry cloth. Make sure to keep the camera dry and store it in a protective case when not in use. Frequently check for firmware updates on the manufacturer's website.
To reset the camera, go to the settings menu and select 'Factory Reset'. Confirm your selection to restore the camera to its original settings.
High-resolution video recording and Wi-Fi usage can rapidly deplete the battery. Lower the resolution or disable Wi-Fi to extend battery life. Consider carrying spare batteries for extended use.
Use the camera's low-light setting mode if available. Additionally, external lighting or adjusting the video resolution and frame rate can enhance video quality in low-light environments.
The camera supports microSD cards up to 64GB. Use a Class 10 or UHS-I microSD card for optimal performance.
Use the adhesive mounts provided with the camera. Clean the helmet surface, attach the mount securely, and then affix the camera to the mount. Ensure the camera is firmly attached before use.
Perform a hard reset by removing the battery and reinserting it after a few seconds. If the problem continues, check for firmware updates or contact customer support.
