To reset the Fagor LVF74IT Dishwasher, press and hold the start button for about 3 seconds until the LED display clears. This will reboot the system and reset any error codes.
Ensure the dishwasher is properly plugged in and the door is fully closed. Check the circuit breaker to ensure power supply. If the issue persists, inspect the door latch and control panel for any signs of damage.
It is recommended to clean the filter every month to ensure optimal performance. Remove the lower rack, twist the filter counterclockwise, and rinse it under running water to remove any debris.
The E1 error code indicates a water supply issue. Check that the water inlet hose is not kinked or blocked, and ensure the water supply tap is turned on.
To improve drying performance, ensure that you are using a rinse aid. Also, select the heated dry option if available, and avoid overcrowding the dishwasher to allow proper air circulation.
Check that the spray arms are not blocked and can rotate freely. Make sure the detergent is fresh and used in the correct amount. Also, avoid overloading the dishwasher and ensure that dishes are placed properly.
Inspect the door seal for any damage or dirt and clean or replace it if necessary. Make sure the dishwasher is level, and check the hoses and connections for any leaks or loose connections.
Regularly clean the filter, check and clean the spray arms, inspect the door seal, and run an empty cycle with dishwasher cleaner to remove buildup.
Check for any loose items in the dishwasher and ensure that the spray arms can move freely. Inspect the dishwasher feet and adjust them to ensure the appliance is level. If the noise persists, the motor or pump may need inspection by a professional.
A small amount of water in the sump area is normal and helps to keep the seals moist. However, if there's more than a cup of water, check the drain hose for clogs or kinks and ensure the garbage disposal cap is removed if recently installed.
