Ensure that the dishwasher is properly plugged in and that the circuit breaker is not tripped. Check if the door is fully closed and latched, and verify that the water supply is turned on.
Remove the bottom rack to access the filter. Twist the filter counterclockwise and lift it out. Rinse it under running water to remove debris and reinstall it by aligning and twisting it clockwise.
Check if the rinse aid dispenser is filled, as rinse aid helps in the drying process. Also, ensure that the hot water temperature is set to at least 120°F (49°C) for optimal drying performance.
Inspect the door gasket for any damage or debris that may prevent a proper seal. Check the hoses and connections for any leaks or loose fittings. Ensure that the dishwasher is level to prevent water from pooling and leaking.
Noises may be due to items in the dishwasher touching each other or the spray arms. Ensure that dishes are properly loaded and the spray arms can rotate freely without obstruction.
To reset the dishwasher, press and hold the start button for 3 seconds. Alternatively, unplug the machine or turn off the circuit breaker for a few minutes, then restart it.
Regularly clean the filter, spray arms, and door seal. Check for blockages in the drain pump and ensure that the water inlet valve is free of debris.
Ensure that the water supply is turned on and the inlet hose is not kinked. Check the water inlet valve and float switch for proper operation.
Use a high-quality detergent and ensure the water temperature is at least 120°F (49°C). Regularly clean the spray arms and filter to prevent clogs. Properly load dishes to avoid blocking the spray arms.
Check if the child lock feature is activated, which might disable the control panel. If not, try resetting the dishwasher by turning off the power supply for a few minutes and then turning it back on.
