To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the detergent drawer, select the desired wash program using the program selector dial, and press the start button.
Ensure the door is closed properly, the power cord is plugged in, and the water supply is turned on. Check if the child lock is activated and deactivate it if necessary.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash it under running water to remove any detergent residue, then dry it before reinserting.
Error codes indicate specific issues. Refer to the user manual to identify the error code and follow the troubleshooting steps provided to resolve the issue.
It is recommended to clean the filter every 2-3 months to ensure optimal performance and prevent blockages.
Make sure the washing machine is level and all transit bolts have been removed. Check if the load is balanced and redistribute the laundry if necessary.
Use the anti-crease or easy iron program if available. Remove clothes promptly after the cycle ends and shake them out before hanging or folding.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and drum. Check and clean the filter, and ensure the machine is level and balanced. Perform an empty hot wash monthly to clear detergent buildup.
Turn off the machine and unplug it. Open the filter access panel and place a shallow tray underneath. Slowly unscrew the filter cap to allow water to drain out.
Identify the type of noise and when it occurs. Check for loose items in the drum, foreign objects in the filter, and ensure the machine is level. If the noise persists, consult a technician.
