To reset your Fagor FET-6310 washing machine, unplug the appliance from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in and select the desired washing program.
If your Fagor FET-6310 is not spinning, check if the load is unbalanced or too heavy. Redistribute the clothes evenly and try again. Also, ensure the lid is fully closed and the cycle is properly selected.
Remove the detergent dispenser from the washing machine and rinse it under warm water. Use a brush to remove any residue, then dry and reinsert it into the machine.
Loud noises during the wash cycle can be caused by foreign objects in the drum or pump. Check the drum for any loose items and remove them. Additionally, inspect the pump filter for blockages.
To clean the filter, locate the filter access panel at the bottom front of the machine. Open the panel, unscrew the filter cap, and remove any debris. Rinse the filter under running water, then replace it securely.
If the washing machine is not draining water, check for blockages in the drain hose or pump filter. Ensure the hose is not kinked and the filter is clean. Restart the drain cycle after addressing these issues.
To prevent mold, leave the door open after each wash to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the door seal and detergent drawer, and run an empty hot wash with vinegar or a washing machine cleaner monthly.
Excessive vibration may be due to an unbalanced load, uneven flooring, or improperly adjusted feet. Ensure the machine is level and that loads are evenly distributed to reduce vibration.
Error codes indicate specific issues. Refer to the user manual for a detailed explanation of each code. Common codes include E01 for door lock issues and E03 for draining problems.
Basic maintenance, like cleaning the detergent drawer and door seal, should be done monthly. The filter should be checked every few months, and a full service is recommended annually to ensure optimal performance.
