To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Then, add detergent to the detergent drawer. Select the desired wash program using the program dial, and press the start/pause button to begin the cycle.
If the machine is not draining, first check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure that the filter is clean and that the pump is operational. If problems persist, contact a professional technician.
Run an empty cycle using a drum cleaning detergent or a mixture of vinegar and baking soda. Set the machine to a high-temperature wash to effectively clean the drum.
Ensure the washing machine is level and on a stable surface. Check that the laundry is evenly distributed in the drum. Avoid overloading the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and drum, check and clean the filter, and inspect the hoses for any signs of wear or leaks.
To remove odors, run a hot water cycle with a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner. Ensure the door is left open after washing to allow the interior to dry.
Refer to the user manual for a list of error codes and their meanings. Follow troubleshooting steps provided, such as checking water supply or ensuring door is properly closed.
First, ensure the cycle is complete. If the door remains locked, wait a few minutes for the safety mechanism to release. In some cases, unplugging the machine and then plugging it back in can reset the lock.
Keep the door slightly open after each wash to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the door seal and use a mold-preventive solution or tablets during a maintenance wash.
Distribute laundry evenly around the drum and avoid overloading. Mix large and small items to balance the load, and use a mesh bag for delicate items.
