To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Close the door securely. Select the desired wash program using the program selector knob. Adjust any additional settings such as temperature or spin speed. Finally, press the start button to begin the cycle.
If your machine doesn't start, check that it is properly plugged into a power outlet and that the outlet is functional. Ensure the door is closed properly, and that the water supply is turned on. Make sure the start button has been pressed. If the issue persists, consult the troubleshooting section of the user manual.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out gently. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Use a soft brush to clean any stubborn deposits. Once clean, dry the drawer and place it back into its compartment.
To maintain the drum, regularly check for any foreign objects before and after cycles. Run an empty hot wash cycle with a drum cleaner or white vinegar once a month to prevent mold and detergent buildup. Leave the door open after washes to allow the drum to dry completely.
Excessive vibration may be caused by an unbalanced load. Try redistributing the laundry evenly in the drum. Check that the machine is level on the floor and adjust its feet if necessary. Avoid overloading the machine as this can also cause imbalance.
To prevent odors, regularly clean the detergent drawer and drum. Leave the door open between washes to allow air circulation. Use the correct amount of detergent to avoid buildup. Consider running a monthly maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner.
Error code 'E1' typically indicates a water supply issue. Check that the water faucets are turned on and that the inlet hoses are not kinked or blocked. Ensure the filter in the water inlet is clean. If the problem continues, contact Fagor customer service.
To clean the filter, turn off the machine and unplug it. Locate the filter access panel, usually at the bottom front of the machine. Open the panel and unscrew the filter cap. Remove any debris and rinse the filter under running water. Replace the filter and secure the cap.
If the machine is not draining, check the drain hose for any clogs or kinks. Ensure the pump filter is clean and free of debris. Verify that the drain hose is installed at the correct height and not submerged in water. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer service.
To reduce energy consumption, wash full loads whenever possible. Use cold water settings for lightly soiled clothes. Choose eco-friendly wash cycles that consume less water and energy. Regularly maintain the machine to ensure it operates efficiently.
