To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, close the door, select the desired wash program using the control knob, and press the start button.
Check if the washing machine is properly plugged in, the door is securely closed, and the water supply is turned on. Also, ensure the start button has been pressed.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash it under warm water to remove any residue and reinsert it into the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and drum, check and clean the filter, and ensure the machine is leveled. Run a maintenance wash using a washing machine cleaner once a month.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the pump filter is clean and free of debris. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Ensure the washing machine is level and stable on the ground. Check that the laundry load is evenly distributed and not overloaded.
Make sure the machine is level and not touching any walls or cabinets. Verify that the transit bolts have been removed if the machine is new.
After choosing the wash program, use the temperature setting button to select the desired temperature before starting the cycle.
Use a high-efficiency (HE) detergent for optimal performance and to prevent excess suds. Follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions for dosage.
Leave the door slightly ajar between washes to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the door gasket and run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner.
