Ensure the clothes are evenly distributed around the drum and do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 7 kg to prevent imbalance during the spin cycle.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Also, inspect the pump filter for any debris that might be obstructing the water flow.
Clean the detergent dispenser every month to prevent the buildup of detergent residue, which can cause blockages or odors.
Regularly clean the drum, door seal, and filter. Run an empty hot wash with a washing machine cleaner every month to remove any detergent residue and bacteria.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load, so ensure the laundry is evenly distributed. Check that the machine is level and adjust the feet if necessary.
Wait a few minutes for the door lock to release. If it remains locked, check for water in the drum and ensure the cycle has fully completed.
Use cold water cycles when possible, avoid overloading the machine, and select the shortest appropriate wash cycle for your laundry.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and the power switch is turned on. Check if the door is properly closed and that the water supply is connected.
Leave the door slightly ajar after each wash to allow the interior to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and run a maintenance wash with detergent designed to remove mold.
Use a washing machine descaler according to the instructions on the product. Run a hot cycle with the descaler to remove limescale deposits.
