Fagor FDW100W User Manual

To reset the Fagor FDW100W Dishwasher, press and hold the start button for approximately 3 to 5 seconds until the indicator lights flash. This will reset the appliance to its default settings.
If the dishwasher is not draining, check the filter and drain hose for blockages. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked and is installed correctly. Also, inspect the pump for any debris.
To clean the filter, remove the bottom rack and locate the filter at the base of the dishwasher. Turn it counterclockwise and lift it out. Rinse it under running water to remove debris, then reinstall.
Error code E4 typically indicates a water overflow issue. Check for leaks, ensure the inlet valve is functioning properly, and that the dishwasher is level.
To improve drying, ensure you use a rinse aid and select a higher temperature setting. Also, make sure the dishwasher is not overloaded and items are placed correctly for optimal air circulation.
Residue can be caused by using the wrong type or amount of detergent, hard water, or blocked spray arms. Ensure spray arms are clean and freely rotating, and adjust detergent and rinse aid usage.
Remove the spray arms by unscrewing the mounting nut. Rinse them under water and use a toothpick to clear any blocked holes. Reattach and ensure they are secure.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the filter, inspecting and cleaning spray arms, checking the door seal for debris, and running a cleaning cycle with a dishwasher cleaner monthly.
You can adjust the rinse aid dispenser by turning the dial inside the dishwasher door. Increase the setting if you notice water spots, or decrease if you see a cloudy film on dishes.
Unusual noises can be due to items touching the spray arms, loose objects in the dishwasher, or an unevenly loaded rack. Check these areas and make adjustments as needed.
