To change the temperature settings, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator compartment. Use the up and down arrows to set your desired temperature for both the fridge and freezer sections.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the temperature settings are correct and the vents inside the fridge are not blocked. If the issue persists, consider cleaning the condenser coils or contacting a technician.
This model is equipped with a no-frost system, so manual defrosting is not necessary. However, if you notice excessive frost, it may indicate a problem with the door seal or the defrost system.
Unplug the refrigerator before cleaning. Use a mixture of mild detergent and warm water to clean the interior and exterior surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that can damage the surface.
To replace the light bulb, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the refrigerator, remove it by loosening any screws or clips, and replace the bulb with a new one of the same type and wattage.
Water pooling can be caused by a blocked defrost drain. Try clearing the drain by flushing it with warm water. If the problem persists, inspect the drain pan and tubing for clogs or damage.
Check the door gasket for any cracks or debris. Clean the gasket with warm, soapy water. If the gasket is damaged, it will need to be replaced to ensure a proper seal.
Ensure the refrigerator is level and on a stable surface. Check for any loose parts or items inside that might be vibrating. If the noise continues, it might be due to the compressor or fan, which may require professional inspection.
To adjust the shelves, first remove any items on them. Lift the front of the shelf slightly and pull it out. Reinsert the shelf into the desired position by aligning the shelf supports with the rails and sliding it back into place.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the condenser coils every 6 months, checking and cleaning the door seals, and ensuring the temperature settings are correct. Additionally, inspect the water filter if your model includes one.
