To set up speed dial on your Doro PhoneEasy 631, press the Menu button, navigate to 'Settings', then 'Calls'. Select 'Speed dial', choose a number key to assign, and follow the prompts to assign a contact.
If your phone won't turn on, ensure it is charged by connecting it to a charger. If it still doesn't turn on, remove and reinsert the battery. If the issue persists, it may require a technician's assistance.
To reset your phone to factory settings, go to 'Settings', select 'Security', then choose 'Master reset'. Confirm your choice and enter the security code (default is 0000) when prompted.
To increase the volume during a call, use the side volume buttons. For ring volume, go to 'Settings', select 'Sound', then adjust the 'Ring volume' slider to the desired level.

To activate the flashlight, press and hold the shortcut button on the side of the phone until the light turns on. Repeat to turn it off.
To delete a contact, open the 'Contacts' menu, select the contact you wish to delete, choose 'Options', and then select 'Delete'. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
To update the software, connect your phone to Wi-Fi, go to 'Settings', select 'About phone', and then 'Software update'. Follow the instructions to check and install updates.
