To insert the SIM card into your Doro 6521, first remove the back cover by gently lifting it from the notch at the bottom. Remove the battery if necessary, then insert the SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down. Replace the battery and back cover.
To perform a factory reset on your Doro 6521, go to the Menu, select Settings, then Security. Choose Master Reset and confirm by entering your security code. This process will erase all personal data, so back up important information beforehand.
