To set up your Doro 6031, insert the SIM card and battery, then charge the phone. Turn on the phone by pressing the red power button until it vibrates. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language and set up the date and time.
To add a contact, press the Menu button and select "Contacts". Choose "Add new contact", enter the contact details, and press "Save".
Press the Menu button and select "Messages". Choose "Write message", enter the recipient's number or select from contacts, type your message, and press "Send".
First, check if the charger and cable are working by testing them with another device. Ensure the charging port is clean and free from debris. If the problem persists, try using a different charger or consult customer support.
To reset, go to the Menu, select "Settings", then "Security". Choose "Master reset" and enter the phone's security code (default is 1234) to confirm the reset.
You can adjust the volume during a call by using the side volume buttons. For adjusting other sounds, go to "Settings", then "Sound" and adjust the volume settings as needed.
If your phone is unresponsive, try removing the battery, wait a few seconds, and then reinsert it. Turn the phone back on. If the issue continues, perform a factory reset.
Press and hold the "1" key on the keypad to call your voicemail. Follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
To increase text size, go to "Settings", select "Display", then "Text size". Choose the preferred text size from the options provided.
Press and hold the middle key (torch button) on the right side of the phone to turn the flashlight on or off.
