To set up speed dial, go to 'Menu' > 'Settings' > 'Calls' > 'Speed dial'. Choose a number from 2-9 and assign a contact from your phonebook.
First, ensure the battery is charged. Connect the phone to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to turn it on. If it still doesn't work, try removing and reinserting the battery.
Press and hold the '1' key on the keypad to dial your voicemail. Follow the prompts to listen to your messages. Ensure that your voicemail service is set up with your carrier.
During a call, use the volume buttons located on the side of the phone to increase or decrease the call volume.
To reset the phone to factory settings, go to 'Menu' > 'Settings' > 'Security' > 'Master reset'. Enter the security code (default is 0000) and confirm to reset.
To send a text message, go to 'Menu' > 'Messages' > 'Create message'. Enter the recipient's number or select from contacts, type your message, and press 'Send'.
To change the ringtone, go to 'Menu' > 'Settings' > 'Sounds & alerts' > 'Ringtone'. Scroll through the options and select your preferred ringtone.
Unfortunately, the Doro PhoneEasy 626 does not have a built-in feature to block numbers. You may need to contact your service provider for assistance with blocking numbers.
To add a new contact, go to 'Menu' > 'Phonebook' > 'Add new'. Enter the contact's name and number, then save the entry.
Check the charger and cable for damage and try a different power outlet. Clean the charging port of any debris and ensure the battery is correctly inserted. If the issue persists, consider replacing the battery or charger.
