Doro Easy 620 Manual

To turn on the Doro PhoneEasy 620, press and hold the red power button located on the top right side of the phone until the screen lights up.
Use the volume buttons located on the side of the phone to increase or decrease the volume during a call or while listening to media.
First, ensure the charger is properly connected to both the phone and the power outlet. Check for any debris in the charging port. If the problem persists, try using a different charger or outlet.
To set up speed dial, go to the phonebook, select a contact, press 'Options', and choose 'Add to speed dial'. Select the desired speed dial number.
To reset to factory settings, go to 'Menu', select 'Settings', then 'Security', and choose 'Master reset'. Confirm your selection when prompted.
Go to 'Menu', select 'Settings', then 'Device', and choose 'Storage' to view the available and used space on your phone.
Ensure that 'Do Not Disturb' mode is not activated and your SIM card is properly inserted. If the issue continues, check network settings and contact your service provider.
To change the ringtone, go to 'Menu', select 'Settings', then 'Sound', and choose 'Ringtone'. Browse and select your preferred ringtone from the list.
To send a text message, go to 'Menu', select 'Messages', then 'Create message'. Enter the recipient's number and your message, then press 'Send'.
If the screen is frozen, try performing a soft reset by removing the battery, waiting a few seconds, then reinserting it and turning the phone back on.
