To perform a factory reset on your Doro 8035, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm the action and the phone will reset to its original settings. Ensure you back up data before proceeding.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, enable battery saver mode, and close apps running in the background.
If your Doro 8035 is not connecting to Wi-Fi, ensure Wi-Fi is enabled, check if the network password is correct, restart your router and phone, and make sure the phone's software is updated.
To take a screenshot on the Doro 8035, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in the Photos app.
If your Doro 8035 freezes, try holding down the Power button for about 10 seconds to force a restart. If the problem persists, consider performing a factory reset.
