To insert the SIM card, ensure the phone is off, remove the back cover and battery, then slide the SIM card into the designated slot with the gold contacts facing down.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Security > Restore settings, and follow the prompts. Ensure to back up your data first as this will erase all personal information.
Check if the charging cable and adapter are functioning correctly. Try using a different power outlet or cable. If the problem persists, the battery or charging port might need servicing.
To increase the volume, press the volume up button located on the side of the phone during a call or while playing media. You can also adjust volume settings through the Settings menu.
Go to Contacts, select the desired contact, press Options, and then select Add to speed dial. Assign a number key for quick dialing.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the device you're connecting to. Make sure both devices are in pairing mode and within range. Restart the phone if issues persist.

To enable call waiting, go to Settings > Call settings > Additional settings, and turn on the Call waiting option.
