To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent, close the door securely, select the desired wash program using the control dial, and press the start button.
If the machine does not drain, check if the drain hose is clogged or kinked. Also, inspect the pump filter for blockages and ensure that the drain hose is positioned correctly.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release button. Rinse it under warm water to remove detergent residues and use a soft brush for stubborn deposits.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, check and clean the pump filter, inspect the door seal for debris, and run an empty hot wash cycle with a washing machine cleaner every month.
Excessive vibration may be caused by an unbalanced load. Ensure the machine is level and redistribute the clothes evenly in the drum. Avoid overloading the machine.
To reset the machine, turn the dial to the off position, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, plug it back in, and select the desired program to restart.
If the door doesn't open, wait a few minutes as the lock mechanism might still be engaged. If it persists, unplug the machine and check if the water has fully drained before trying again.
To prevent mold and odors, keep the door slightly open when not in use to allow air circulation, regularly clean the door seal, and use a washing machine cleaner monthly.
Ensure the water supply is turned on and the inlet hose is not kinked. Check the inlet filter for blockages and make sure the door is closed properly.
If the machine stops mid-cycle, check if there's a power outage, ensure the door is closed securely, and inspect if the water supply is active. Restart the cycle if necessary.
