To start the blower, ensure that the fuel tank is filled with a fresh fuel mixture. Set the choke lever to the 'Start' position, and pull the starter rope quickly until the engine fires. Then, move the choke lever to the 'Run' position and continue pulling the starter rope until the engine starts.
Use a 50:1 ratio of unleaded gasoline to 2-cycle oil. Always use fresh and clean fuel to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the engine.
Check if there is fuel in the tank and that it is not old. Inspect the spark plug for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Ensure that the air filter is clean and not clogged. Verify that the choke is in the correct position for starting.
Excessive vibration can be caused by loose parts or debris caught in the blower. Inspect the blower for any loose screws or bolts and tighten them. Check the blower tube and fan for any obstructions and remove if necessary.
The air filter should be checked and cleaned after every 5 hours of use. Replace the air filter if it is damaged or excessively dirty.
Regular maintenance includes checking and cleaning the air filter, inspecting the spark plug, checking the fuel lines for leaks, and cleaning the exterior of the blower. It's also important to inspect the blower for any loose or damaged parts.
Before storing the blower, drain the fuel tank and run the engine until it stops to remove any fuel from the carburetor. Clean the blower thoroughly and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
To adjust the throttle, locate the throttle control lever on the handle. Move it towards the 'Fast' position for maximum speed and towards the 'Slow' position for reduced speed. Ensure the throttle operates smoothly across its range.
To replace the spark plug, first, disconnect the spark plug wire. Use a spark plug wrench to remove the old spark plug. Install a new spark plug of the correct type and gap, and then reconnect the spark plug wire.
Check the air filter and clean or replace it if it's dirty. Inspect the spark plug and replace it if it's worn. Ensure the fuel mixture is correct and fresh. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact a service professional.
