To assemble the mixer, first attach the beaters or dough hooks by inserting them into the designated slots until they click into place. Ensure they are securely fastened before use.
Check that the mixer is properly plugged into a working power outlet. Ensure that the speed control is not set to '0'. If it still doesn't start, inspect the power cord for damage.
Unplug the mixer and remove the beaters or dough hooks. Wash them in warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher if they are dishwasher safe. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Avoid immersing the main unit in water.
Use lower speed settings for mixing dry ingredients and higher speeds for whipping cream or egg whites. Start at a low speed and gradually increase to prevent splattering.
Begin mixing at a low speed and gradually increase to the desired speed. Ensure the bowl is not overfilled and use a deep bowl to minimize splatter.
Do not operate the mixer continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow it to cool down between uses to prevent overheating.
Turn off and unplug the mixer. Check if any foreign objects are lodged in the beaters or if they are improperly aligned. Reinsert them if necessary, and make sure the bowl is not touching the beaters during operation.
The mixer can handle light to medium doughs. For heavy doughs, it is recommended to use a stand mixer with a more powerful motor to prevent strain on the handheld mixer.
If the mixer stops, it may have overheated. Turn it off, unplug it, and allow it to cool for at least 20 minutes before attempting to use it again.
Routinely inspect the power cord for wear and tear, and ensure the beaters or dough hooks are not bent or damaged. Regularly clean the mixer after each use to maintain its performance.
