To descale the kettle, fill it with a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar. Boil the solution, let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Ensure the kettle is properly connected to the power source and the power outlet is functioning. If the issue persists, check if the lid is securely closed and the kettle is placed correctly on the base.
It is not recommended to boil milk in the kettle as it can cause damage and is difficult to clean. The kettle is designed for boiling water only.
Use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the kettle. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface.
Loud noises may be caused by mineral buildup. Descale the kettle to reduce noise. Also, ensure that the kettle is on a flat and stable surface to minimize vibrations.
The maximum water capacity of the kettle is 1.7 liters. Do not exceed this limit to prevent overflow and damage.
Ensure the lid is securely closed and do not overfill the kettle. The automatic shut-off feature will prevent over-boiling when used correctly.
While it is safe to leave water in the kettle, it is recommended to empty it when not in use to prevent mineral buildup and maintain water freshness.
Check for visible cracks or damage. Ensure the lid is properly closed. If the issue persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
It is recommended to descale the kettle every 4–6 weeks, depending on the hardness of your water, to maintain optimal performance.
