To connect external devices, use the HDMI ports located on the back of the TV. Ensure the TV is turned off before connecting devices to avoid any electrical issues.
First, check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if necessary. If the problem persists, ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV sensor.
Go to the 'Settings' menu, select 'System', and choose 'Factory Reset'. Confirm your selection to reset the TV to its original settings.
Check the cable connections and ensure they are secure. You can also adjust the picture settings in the 'Picture' menu to optimize clarity.

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen. Avoid using any liquids or harsh chemicals to prevent damage.
Press the 'Home' button on the remote control to view and select from the available built-in apps on the TV.
Check the volume level on both the TV and remote control. Ensure that the 'Mute' function is not activated. If using external speakers, verify their connection.
Press the 'Source' button on the remote control and use the navigation keys to select the desired input source.
Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to both the TV and the power outlet. Check if the power outlet is functional by testing it with another device.
