To perform a factory reset on your Casio fx-82CW, press and hold the 'Shift' key, then press the '7' key. While holding these, press 'ON'. This will reset all settings to their default values.
To switch to degrees mode, press 'Shift', then 'MODE', and select '3' for DEG. This sets the calculator to degree mode for angle calculations.
To calculate a square root, enter the number, then press the '√' button. The calculator will display the square root of the entered number.
To change the number of decimal places, press 'Shift', then 'MODE', and choose the desired option (e.g., '1' for Fix, '2' for Sci, or '3' for Norm). Follow the on-screen instructions to set the number of decimal places.
