To reset your Casio EXS12 camera to factory settings, go to the 'Menu' button, navigate to 'Set Up', and select 'Reset'. Confirm the reset when prompted.
Ensure the battery is fully charged and inserted correctly. If it still won’t turn on, try replacing the battery or check for any debris in the battery compartment.
Connect the camera to your computer using a USB cable. Turn on the camera, and your computer should recognize it as a removable disk. You can then copy photos to your computer.
For low-light photography, switch to night mode, increase the ISO setting, and ensure the flash is enabled or use a tripod for stability.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lens. For stubborn spots, use a lens cleaning solution. Avoid touching the lens with your fingers.
Blurry pictures may result from camera shake, low light, or incorrect focus settings. Use a tripod, increase the shutter speed, or ensure the autofocus is properly set.
To extend battery life, turn off the camera when not in use, reduce the LCD screen brightness, and disable unnecessary features like Wi-Fi or continuous autofocus.
Visit the official Casio website, download the latest firmware for the EXS12, and follow the instructions to install it via a memory card.
Turn off the camera and remove the memory card. Reinsert it carefully. If the error persists, try formatting the card using the camera's format function after backing up data.
The Casio EXS12 does not support external lenses as it is a compact camera with a fixed lens system.
